Kathryn H. Dalton, DO, FACS, FACOS

“Dr. Kate” · Owner · Cosmetic Surgeon · Medical Director

Dr. Kate is a board-certified general surgeon who has been in practice for more than ten years. She attended the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital / Michigan State University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and completed an intensive two-year cosmetic surgery fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

After years at Cape Cod Hospital, where she directed the High Risk Breast program, her patients kept asking whether she offered aesthetic treatments. That demand led her to open the MediSpa in 2019, first in Hyannis and then as a full-service medical spa in Falmouth. Her interests include body contouring, breast surgery and minimally invasive face and neck procedures.

She approaches her practice with mind-body-spirit integration: health on the inside reflects on the outside. As Dr. Kate likes to say, “life is for living!”

Liz White

With more than eight years in the beauty industry, Liz brings extensive, professional skin care knowledge. She began at Empire Beauty School, earning her cosmetology license, then attended Spa Tech Institute of Advanced Aesthetics after clients kept asking for her skin care advice. She worked at spas across Cape Cod and Plymouth before joining the MediSpa.

Liz became laser certified at the National Laser Institute in Boston, with training in laser safety, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL photofacials, non-ablative resurfacing, RF microneedling, skin tightening and body contouring. She is most passionate about treating acne, scars, stretch marks, pigmentation and the effects of aging to boost her clients’ confidence. Her favorite job is being a mother.

Vanessa Lawrence

A Falmouth native, Vanessa earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University. She has more than 15 years in the beauty and wellness industry, including G Spa on Newbury Street in Boston, professional makeup for MAC Cosmetics and skin care education in Los Angeles, as well as a modeling and acting career with Boston’s Maggie Inc. She’s thrilled to be back on the East Coast helping Dr. Dalton’s clients.
